BOOKING PROCESS
Types of bookings: I book both flash (pre-drawn designs) and custom tattoos. Priority booking is given to flash appointments. I create new flash for each booking period, which you can view when my booking form goes live. Flash designs are booked first-come-first-served, but customs are not.
Custom design policy: I book customs based on how well I feel I will be able to execute the request and how much time I have in my calendar after all flash is claimed. I only take on projects that align with my style, preferred subject matter and availability. In my booking form I ask you to describe your idea including size and placement, provide reference photos (preferably of my past work), and a photo of your body where you want the tattoo. I typically receive more requests than I am able to fill in one booking period so every inquiry may not receive a response. I will announce on instagram when my books are fill and the booking form will be closed.
**Designs will be shared with you on the day of your appointment, not sooner.** Please make sure you are comfortable with this before booking. Minor adjustments can be made the day of the appointment but if a redesign is needed, deposit will be void and another deposit will be required for a rescheduled appointment. It is important that you feel confident about your idea, and in me as an artist, before booking.
If your appointment request is accepted: I will send an invoice for a $200 deposit through Square with a quote for what your tattoo will cost and a date and time for your appointment. If this date does not work you may reach out to me about another option. The deposit must be paid to secure your appointment.
PRICING
I charge by the piece, not hourly, and will quote a price for your tattoo in your deposit invoice so there are no surprises the day of the appointment. I price based roughly on the following rates (as of 2026). Other factors such as the difficulty of the placement and inclusion of color factor in to the price. As an illustration-based artist I usually spend more time drawing your tattoo than I do actually tattooing it (I’m a fast tattooer!) and that time is reflected in my rates.
Half Day Appointment (up to 3 hours) $800 - Typically pieces under 6”
Full Day Appointment (5-7 hours) $1500
Custom Design Minimum $500
For projects that require more than 6 hours of tattooing, we will start with one full day and complete the project with additional half or full days as needed at the rates listed above.
I will let you know if we’ll need a half, full day or multiple sessions based on your request. This information will be provided with the invoice for your deposit so be sure to review that email before you process your payment. If any info is missing or confusing in that invoice, just email me to clarify!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Deposits are nonrefundable, but if a reschedule is requested your deposit may be carried forward as long as you provide a minimum of 7 days notice. A reschedule must be requested via email (not Instagram DM.) If notice is given in appropriate time, payment will carry over to a rescheduled appointment. If notice is not received within 7 days, payment is void/non-refundable/non-transferable. Your rescheduled appointment must be within one calendar year from the original date, or a new deposit will be required to book. One reschedule per deposit is allowed.
-
When I agree to take on custom work it’s because I resonate with the idea you proposed, and I can’t guarantee I will feel as confident about a different request. Your deposit covers the original idea you book with me for, so requesting a completely different idea may require a new deposit.
If you just wish to request tweaks to your original idea - adding a new element, changing the placement, adding color - I require a minimum of one weeks’ notice to make the changes.

I often have multiple sessions scheduled in a day, so if you are over 30 minutes late to your appointment I may ask you to reschedule and pay a new deposit.
If you are running late (even just 5-10 minutes) I always appreciate a heads up. I don’t always see instagram DMs so an email or call to the shop is preferred.

You are welcome to bring water, snacks, books, headphones, a blanket or whatever else you need to be comfortable during your appointment! We can always take breaks, especially during longer appointments, if you need to eat something or just rest for a bit. Breaks will not increase the cost of your tattoo. You are absolutely welcome to listen to headphones, work, read or watch a movie during your appointment, I don’t consider that rude at all. It’s your day and everyone has a different way they prefer to get through a tattoo. You are welcome to bring a guest to your appointment if you’d like as well.

When your tattoo is booked, I will send you an appointment reminder from Square with a date and approximate duration for your tattoo. This is just an estimate - if I have you booked for 3 hours, you may be there for just two, or you may be there for 4. Lots of variables affect how long the tattoo takes, including breaks, design adjustments, placement challenges, and often I just don’t know! Tattooing is not an exact science.
I charge flat rates, so unless we have to break the tattoo into additional sessions the duration will not affect what you are charged.
For this reason, I ask that you do not schedule anything important immediately after your tattoo is scheduled to end. I don’t want you to miss a plane because your tattoo ran an hour long! -
I discourage the use of numbing cream. Lidocaine, especially at high concentrations, or used over large or sensitive areas, is a pharmaceutical that can have adverse side effects. It can have unpredictable effects that may interfere with the tattooing or healing process, and if it wears off during our appointment it can result in a sudden influx of pain, making the tattoo even harder to complete. If you feel strongly about using it, please abide by FDA recommendations , make sure to do a patch test 24 hours before the appointment, and email me before the appointment so we can discuss if it’s appropriate for your placement and I can be prepared. Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment and are also summarized here.

I can tattoo over scars as long as they are completely healed by at least 2 years, as well as stretch marks.

I’m afraid I do not rework existing tattoos. I am willing to consider coverups on a case-by-case basis depending on whether my style is a good fit and I believe the requested design/coverup solution is feasible.

Sometimes a bit of ink can fall out of a tattoo as it’s healing, or an area of solid color may heal slightly patchy. For this reason I offer free touch-ups within a year of your appointment. I schedule touch-up appointments at the beginning of my day - usually around 11 am (Tuesday-Friday). If you’d like to request a touch-up appointment, just email me and include a healed photo describing what you’d like touched up and we will get you scheduled.

Please avoid wearing clothing you’d be bummed to get ink on (I recommend black, it also works best for taking photos!) but otherwise wear whatever is comfortable. Layers are a good idea since your temperature may fluctuate while getting tattooed. I provide pasties and gowns for chest placements. For upper thigh/hip placements, a string bikini that ties on the side or high-cut underwear plus a loose skirt usually works well.

Ensuring you are well-rested, hydrated, and have eaten before your appointment is critical. Moisturizing and exfoliating the area to be tattooed daily for a week before your appointment is VERY helpful. You do not need to shave the area before you come in (but it’s OK if you do.) I cannot tattoo sunburned skin so make sure to wear sun protection in the days leading up to your appointment.
